    Returns

    1. If you bought a product by mistake and want to exchange it for another product, you will have to notify us by phone before we have processed the shipment.
    2. If the product or order you received is not correct, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We have designed packs made up of different products based on the relationship between them or the use that our customers make of them. If you want to change any product in your box, contact us and we will customize your box. If you want your box to include packaging and a dedication card, you must indicate it when placing your order.

    PHILOSOPHY:
    At Jamb Crafts, we have an explicit commitment to the exclusive use of Pure Vegetable Oils and other high-quality natural materials. The formulation of each product has been designed with the purpose of alleviating and repairing the different pathologies or conditions that our skin can suffer and to restore its natural shine.
    These soaps contain natural glycerin produced during the saponification process and are based on the Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by our olive trees in Granada (Andalusia).

    USE:

    We recommend using a well-draining soap dish to keep soap dry after use. Likewise, we recommend not having the soap exposed to water flows. Store the soap in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Likewise, it is advisable to apply our moisturizing creams only once a day, with a clean pore and if possible at night because your skin will absorb it better.

    Llevo un par de años usando el champú sólido y la crema facial y estoy súper contenta. ¡Adiós piel atópica!. La encontré en un mercado medieval de mi ciudad y no quiero dejar de usarla nunca.
    La crema facial es tan ligera, y cubre tan bien el rostro, que apenas tienes que aplicar cantidad con lo que, el producto, dura mucho más.
    Producto de pequeño comercio, artesanal, natural y de muy buena calidad, con ingredientes muy bien explicados en el packaging, y si alguno no terminas de entenderlo, te lo explican sin problemas.
    Tienen una preciosa tienda online, pero debo decir que yo prefiero ir a los mercados medievales y comprarles directamente; me gusta muchísimo cómo tratan al cliente. ¡Son encantadores!
